Student opportunities and activities
We offer a range of co-curricular programs to support students goals both inside and outside of the classroom.
Some of the opportunities and activities include:
- Sporting team competitions (PSSA)

Bell times
Our bell rings at 8:30am for our students to come into school.
Class bell rings at 9:00am and student learning starts
Lunch bell is at 11:30am for students to eat and then play
Class bell rings at 12:10pm and student learning continues
Afternoon tea is at 1:30pm for students to eat and play
Class bell rings at 2:00pm for end of day learning
Our final bell for the day is at 3:00pm for students to go home
Parent portal
At Clarence Town Public School we use Sentral Parent Portal for all our communication needs. Parents are able to Keep up with the latest school news, give permissions about school events and excursions, make a payment and notify of an absence.

Our newsletter is published via Sentral Parent Portal each term in Week 5 and Week 10.
Uniform
At Clarence Town Public School we have our own uniform shop. This is managed by our P&C and parent volunteers. Our uniform shop is open Monday afternoons and uniforms can be purchased either in person, online or via paper uniform order form.
Community involvement
We are luck to have a productive and enthusiastic P&C who support our school with fundraisers, donations and events such as discos, BBQ's and gift stalls.

Travel to school
Getting to our school is simple with various safe transport options, such as walking, bike riding and Sheltons school bus run.
